- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-11-RP-0128 for the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and deliver, F.O.B. Destination, and install concrete grave liners at Springfield National Cemetery, 1702 East Seminole Street, Springfield, MO 65804. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard is 500 employees. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Vernita Bradley, Contract Specialist in writing at vernita.bradley2@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around March 24, 2011. All questions must be submitted by email no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2011. All questions submitted will be answered and posted in FEDBIZOPPS within three (3) business days.
