- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of the solicitation and to establish a deadline for the submission of past performance questionaires. The Solication has been amended to extend the closing date and establish a deadline for the submisstion of past performance questionaires. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and emailed to the Lynn Conatser at lynn.conatser@soc.mil with a courtesy copy to Umetria Thomas via email at umetria.thomas@soc.mil. Telephonic questions pertaining to the technical requirement of this solicitation will not be answered. All answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. Any amendments that may be issued will be published in the FBO.
