Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Contracting Office, Minneapolis, Minnesota, intends to establish a janitorial services contract (NAICS Code 561720, size 16.5M) for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System for the Rochester community-based outpatient clinic in Rochester, MN. The procurement will be a 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. For interested vendors, a walk-through of the clinic site will be held on April 20, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., CST, at 3900 55th Street, N.W., Rochester, Minnesota. It is anticipated that a contract with a base year plus two (2) 12-month options to extend will be awarded. Solicitation VA-263-11-RQ-0275 will be issued on or about April 11, 2011. Proposals are due in the VA Medical Center Contracting Office, located at 708 South 3rd Street, Suite 200E, Minneapolis, MN 55415 on April 29, 2011 by 3:00 p.m., CST.
