- Contractor Performance Customer Survey Questionnaire Per Section III, Selection Criteria, of this synopsis, past performance will be considered when evaluating an offeror's SF 330. Of your example projects provided in Section F of the SF 330, please provide a minimum of three (3) past performance statements describing how well your company performed during the course of a particular project. The offeror shall also be responsible for ensuring the customer references cited in Section F of the SF 330 receive, complete, and return the Contractor Performance Customer Survey (attached) to the Contracting Officer no later than April 11, 2011 by 3 p.m. EDT. An amendment with responses to questions will be forthcoming.
