FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION - QPL item SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS/DRAWINGS: I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-1/1773B NOT 1 BASIC DTD AMEND NR B DTD TYPE NUMBER: DOD-042 This is an Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 16-500. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites. Delivery 180 days. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services
