Thank you, Eric Rode Contract Specialist DTRA-BCBB 2740C Phone: (703) 767-3496 Fax: (703) 767-4246 ---Origional Posting Update on Tuesday February 17, 2011--- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order for Activu Maintenance (Platinum Level Support Service) to support a Video Wall system currently operated by DTRA. Maintenance offered by companies other than Activu cannot be utilized for this requirement due to technical restrictions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Purchase Request Number COS119922166 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Concern. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services, Size Standard $25M applies. This acquisition is to be a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. As stated above, services called for by this RFP have been identified by brand name. The contractor shall provide only the requested Platinum Level Video Wall Maintenance provided by Activu (Imtech) Corporation. This requirement will be accomplished using full and open competition procedures for commercial services. The government desires a base year plus four option years in accordance with the attached CLIN structure and contract clauses. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable vendor. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their proposal. Amendments, if any, will be posted on FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Offerors must have a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Website for CCR is www.ccr.gov.
