- The Federal Correctional Institution, Phoenix, Arizona, intends to make multiple awards for ground beef patties and raw roast beef requirements for the Federal Correctional Institution, Phoenix, Arizona; Federal Correctional Institution, Safford, Arizona; and Federal Correctional Complex, Tucson, Arizona. Delivery date shall be no later than April 15, 2011. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 37900 N. 45th Avenue, I-17 exit #225 at Pioneer Road, Phoenix Arizona 85086; Federal Correctional Institution, 1529 W. US Highway 366, Safford, Arizona 85546; or the Federal Correctional Complex, 9300 S. Wilmot Road, Tucson, Arizona 85756 for the quantities specified for each institution in the resulting purchase order. The Government will award firm-fixed price purchase orders to the lowest priced responsible offerors on a per line item basis. The solicitation will be made available on March 24, 2011, and will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The date for receipt of quotes is March 25, 2011. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 424470. The solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible offerors may submit a quote which may be considered.
