- PRESOLICITATION: THIS PROJECT IS A TOTAL HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE ANTICIPATED DATE FOR POSTING THE SOLICITATION IS APPROXIMATELY APRIL 11, 2011. This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to complete demolition of buoy pens and associated concrete slab on grade, and construction of new buoy pens with catwalks and railings, to meet safety requirements, and construction of associated slab on grade; removal and disposal of existing underground oil interceptor tanks and associated piping; construction of new metal storage building and associated utilities on new concrete slab foundation; full depth demolition of existing asphaltic concrete pavement system and construction of new pervious bituminous concrete pavement system and associated striping. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be accepted, as hard copies are not available.
