- The United States Government seeks to lease class "A" contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,449 rentable square feet in Myrtle Beach, Horry County, SC. Built to suit construction will not be considered and offered space must yield a minimum of 7,347 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. In addition, a total of 5 parking spaces are required for government vehicles. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of Myrtle Beach, SC. North Boundary: US Highway 17 West Boundary: Farrow Highway South Boundary: US Business Highway 17 East Boundary: US Highway 17 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced.
