- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth, intends to issue a solicitation for Multimedia and Audio Visual Technical Support located at Ft. Leavenworth KS. The overall scope of this procurement will include the following: Provide AV technical support to the LD&E venues supported by the Directorate of Educational Technology (DOET), including: the Lewis and Clark Center (L&CC), Eisenhower Auditorium, Marshall Hall, Arnold Hall, Senator Pat Roberts Room, Atrium, Joint Pub, other areas within the L&CC with scheduled DOET support requirements; the DePuy Auditorium in the Eisenhower Hall General Instruction Facility; and the auditoriums under construction in Flint Hall, Muir Hall and Truesdale Hall. Ensure 100% AV mission support to the LD&E campus; CAC, and local community functions supported by DOET occurring on the LD&E campus for the Ft. Leavenworth Garrison and MWR that routinely occur early in the mornings, into the evenings, and approximately one weekend day per month for special events. The AV team shall be experienced with the operation of Crestron products and with the operation of the various types of AV equipment currently installed in the facilities listed above. The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about April 14, 2011 through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. A single award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Government's requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a one-year period of performance with two 12-month optional periods of performance. The set aside status is Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside under NAICS Code 541513. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Government wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov/ and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Requests for printed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.
