- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 518210. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a full and open request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a competitive requirement for contractor litigation document scanning support. Contractor shall provide mandatory on-site scanning of 28 banker's boxes plus 3 inches of loose documents, with low to moderate amount of clips or staples. Photos of the boxes can be forwarded to interested parties via email. Please notify Mark Carlson if this information is required. The period of performance is to begin on or about 11 April 2011, or date of award, through 27 April 2011, approximately 9-5 Mon - Fri, in the Dallas, Texas area. Contractor shall scan in searchable PDF format onto DVD sets and shall label and package sets. Three sets of DVDs will be required. DVDs shall be delivered no later than 06 May 2011 to US Army Contracting Command, AMCOM, ATTN: CCAM-AR/Mark Carlson, Building 5309 Workstation 92C104, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama 35898-5000. The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Applicable clauses under FAR 52.212-5 are: 52.233-3, 52.233-4, 52.203-6, 52.219-6, 52.219-8, 52.219-14, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-39, 52.222-50, 52.232-33, 52.222-41, 52.222-42, 52.222-50, 52.222-53.
