- Questions and Government's Responses to HSHQDC-11-Q-00127 The purpose of this Modification/Amendment is as follows: 1) Extend the response due date to Monday, March 28, 2011. The response time and question period remains unchanged. 2) Post the questions submitted and the Government's responses to those questions regarding this combined synopsis/solicitation. 3) Add Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options, 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, and 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. No other changes are being made at this time.
