- MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to; B-K Medical in the amount of $32,186.00, for a one - time purchase of an MFI Tri-Plane Prostrate Transducer manufactured and distributed by BK Medical. This unit is intended for use at William Beaumount Army Medical El, Paso, TX in the Pro Focus Ultrasound. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
