- Amendment to Post Questions and Answers to W912DY-11-R-0013 as of 24 March 2011: QUESTION & ANSWERS For PROSPECT COURSE 282 - Slope Stability Analysis W912DY-11-R-0013 (Announcement Mod-02) 24 March 2011 QUESTION 1: Section 508, Americans with Disabilities Act can add substantial cost to development of the Slope Stability course material. Are we to interpret Section 6.5 in the PWS to mean the government has budgeted for and expects development of all course material for the Slope Stability course to be updated for compliance with Section 508, Americans with Disabilities Act? Response: Section 508, Americans with Disabilities Act generally refers to training developed for the internet. Since this is a classroom course, the Government will utilize other means for supporting students, if any, who has impairment. NOTE: PWS, Paragraph C6.5 is REMOVED. Please do not submit price/cost data for PWS Section C6.5. QUESTION 2: Item #7 in Part 1 of the Past Performance Questionnaire does not relate to the subject solicitation Response: ONLY respond to those questions that are applicable. QUESTION 3: Is the USACE Learning Center classroom located on the University grounds considered "work on a government installation"? Response: The ULC Classroom on University grounds is not considered work on a Federal Government installation. ADDENDUM 52.212-2, paragraph 3 URL for the FTP site is corrected as follows ftp.usace.army.mil/pub/hnc/PROSPECT-282-SlopeStability.
