- Attachment #6- AF Form 3064 Attachment #5-Sample Project Drawings Attachment #4-Sample Project SOW Attachment #3-Manas Design Standard Attachment #2-Fillable Spreadsheet Attachment #1-SOW Solicitation FA5707-11-R-0013 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material to design, construct, and warranty functional concrete pavement in accordance with this SOW, the construction plans provided, and the current version of the Manas Design Standards. Drawings are to be considered as contract documents. All work shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer(s) and Civil Engineer office, 376 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW).
