- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Consolidated Contracting will be issuing a Request for Proposal for construction services to renovate Veterinary Medical Unit (VMU) and Research Labs at the VA Medical Center San Francisco located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. Scope of Work includes the following: demolition, renovation, installation, incinerator repair, pedestrian sidewalk demolition, replace exhaust fans in building 12 & 21, hazardous materials testing, provide a temporary storage facility and loading dock lift. The NAICS Code is 236220 and small business size is $33.5 Million. This solicitation is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available in the on or about March 30, 2011. Offeror will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions.
