- RA11080002/IQC11080009032. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four one-year option periods, This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-411-3558, Fairing, Aircraft, (F-16 Aircraft), Critical Application Item, Government FAT applies, Configuration Control, Export Control Item, MYLARS required. Lockheed Martin is the OEM, Cage 81755, P/N 16F0181-867. The only approved source is Aerospace and Commercial Technologies, Cage Codes 1XKR3. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination, Stock Locations: New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
