- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. McAlester Army Ammunition Plant has issued a Request for Quote for a the purchase and installation of a 90 barrel vacuum system on a GSA provided freightliner truck. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. A Scope of Work is attached to the solicitation and Additional Attachments will be posted with the solicitation giving specifics on the freightliner that will be provided. The solicitation has been issued via the internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check this site daily for any amendments. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
