Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50 and the Defense Federal Acquisition. Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20110317. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This solicitation is 100% small business. The date, time and request for quote offers are due by: 1:00 P.M. local time on 7 APRIL 2011 to fredesvin.quintana@us.army.mil or lynn.m.williams@us.army.mil THE WASHINGTON ARMY NATIONAL GUARD LOCATED AT CAMP MURRAY TACOMA WA. 98430 REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING: LODGING/VENUE SPACE/MEALS SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS The Washington Army National Guard intends to host a Strong Bonds Marriage Retreat in Leavenworth, Washington. The dates of the conference are 20-22 MAY 2011 with checkout on 22 MAY 2011 and 10-12 JUNE 2011 with checkout on 12 JUNE 2011 and 15-17 JULY 2011 with checkout on 17 JULY 2011 and 12-14 AUGUST 2011 with checkout on 14 AUGUST 2011 The Washington Army National Guard requires blocking of 32 rooms on 20-22 MAY 2011 and 32 rooms on 10-12 JUNE 2011 and 32 rooms on 15-17 JULY 2011 and 12-14 AUGUST 2011 with release of unreserved rooms not later than 10 calendar days prior to the start of the event. The National Guard reserves the right to cancel this retreat with a minimum of 7 days notice.
