Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: CELL PHONE STORAGE BOXES, Brand name and model or Equal Salsbury Roll-A-Bout Aluminum Style model 2300 The Dimensions are: 25.5 W x 67"H x 16.5"D The number of boxes on each unit is 60 8 Mailbox Units Individual boxes need to be lockable with a key And include rollers Quote must include Mailbox Units Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. This is an all or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, up to 11:59 p.m, SUN 03 APR 2011. No telephone calls please
