- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: The 176 Mission Support Contracting Element, JBER, Alaska intends to award a purchase order for the purchase of the following Parachute Accessory equipment items: 149 EACH Equipment Harness - TT-600 PN: GCI-EH-2.0 or equal. Equipment harness with w/four quick release points and a single point equipment release point, compatible with parachute systems equipped with high mount equipment cargo attachment points. 91 EACH Side panel, weapon and O2 - PN: GCI-SP-M16O2-1.1 or equal. Zip-on side panel w/belly band, compatible with left side 14in sipper on SOV3-HH (8-ring) parachute system. Panel holds an M-16 weapon detachable with a quick release handle. Included with the panel is a detachable Oxygen bottle pouch compatible with twin bottle set up by Conax Florida Corp PN: 8620028-1 and twin bottle set up by American Safety Flight Systems PN: 8320015-1. Please provide quotes to include estimated shipping to both Anchorage AK 99506 and/or the consolidated shipping point of Tracy CA 95376. The anticipated award date is 22 April 2011. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice.
