- Satement of Work and listed documents that need to be submitted to me. This is the SF 18 Request For Quotes with applicable clauses, provisons, and wage determination. The USDA, ARS, in Cheyenne Wyoming requires services to cut down 70 pine beetle-killed trees that are near power lines. That is all, no cutting them up or hulling them away, just felling them. Delivery is to be made within 1 week of receipt of an oral or written order. Firm fixed price purchase order will be made. Commercial item procedures will be used in this acquisition. This is a solicitation is for small businesses. Please see attached Statement of Work for more details and what types of documents had to be submitted.
