- Exhibits B,C,D,E Exhibit A Raphael Exhibit A A Bldg RFP Exhibit A Nanterre Exhibit A B Bldg The American Embassy Paris needs a Contractor to provide Janitorial Services in office and residential buildings. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, offices, apartments, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators and stairways. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes.
