- PR 0040649294. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-1332, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5821-01-245-9067, DISPLAY UNIT, REMOTE. This NSN is a non commercial, part numbered item and the approved source is Cubic Defense Applications, Inc CAGE 94987 P/N 235970. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competition. The purchase request quantity is 26 each. A 100% Quantity Option applies. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 200 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on March 21, 2011. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Small Business Subcontracting plan is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. The synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on March 21, 2011. The solicitation issue date is April 5, 2011. The closing date is May 5, 2011. The estimated award date is June 30, 2011.
