- The Contractor will furnish all materials, equipment and labor required to perform cleaning of windows, window frames, screens, sills and sashes, which will include proper removal and proper replacement of screens and window treatments, as applicable. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications including OSHA/ANSI safety standards. Interested Bidders are expected to visit the site of work to make a survey of the conditions to be encountered that may affect the cost of the performance of this contract.
