- This is a synopsis prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5.207. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade's Miami Regional Contracting office intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of a free-standing, modular mezzanine for a warehouse located in Doral, Florida. This office intends to set this action aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS Code 337215 - Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing. A solicitation will be released on or about 23 March 2011 with a closing date of 23 April 2011. Offerors will be required to submit proposals which shall include plans for the mezzanine, a verification that materials used in construction meet the Government's minimum standards (as outline in the solicitation), and past performance information. There will be a site visit to view the space for the mezzanine and to answer any questions (dates and times to be announced in the solicitation). The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated date.
