The required quantity, FOB and inspection/acceptance will be stated in the solicitation #SPM7L211Q0894. Shipping will be to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 03/17/2011. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business.
