- Description
- Ali Al Salem Air Base, 386th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for a contract with one base year and two one-year option periods to provide Mail Porter services. Potential contractors will assist the United States Armed Forces to move approximately 26 million pounds of mail through Kuwait by means of Kuwait City International Airport (KCIA). This is a notice of intent to for a future procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors who want to be able to receive the solicitation shall submit an interest letter that demonstrates the contractor's ability to provide this service or an equivalent substitute as described above. Interested parties must provide a rationale as to why they should be considered.
