- RFP Wage Determination Pricing Matrix Base Map PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for landscaping services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HSCG79-11-P-PTY008, in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation is for landscaping service, mowing, trimming, edging, hedging maintenance, shrub maintenance, flowerbed, leaf removal, core aeration, seeding, mulching and fertilizing. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49, Effective 24 January 2011. The Government intends to award a one (1) base year and four (4) option year Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA). The Government requires all contractors doing business with the Government to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and must be authorized to receive payment through the Government Credit Card Program. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses only. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7,000,000. Women owned and disabled veteran owned small businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. This SMA encompasses mowing, trimming, edging, hedging, shrub maintenance, flowerbed and maintenance, leaf removal, seeding, mulching, weed mat and fertilizer The Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Performance Work Statement (PWS) is hereby attached as a separate document (Attachment #1) for all products/services to be provided under this requirement. A diagram of the grounds to be mowed is provided as (Attachment #2) and a Pricing Matrix for proposal submission (Attachment #3). DOL Wage Determination WD 05-2103 (Rev. -10) dated 6/22/2010 is hereby provided and incorporated into this solicitation as Attachment #4. The combined synopsis/solilcitation is attached in it's entirity. Due date for site visit requests is 1600 3/17/11 via email to william.e.lewis2@uscg.mil. Site visit to be held 1300 3/18/11. Due date for proposals shall be 1200 3/22/11 via email to william.e.lewis2@uscg.mil.
