- Amendment 1 = Extend POP This is for information purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to a qualified Allied Crane Representative specialized in general marine repairs to accomplish repairs on seven (7) ALLIED cranes. The field service engineer is to guide and assist the repair crew during the entire POP for the USNS MERCY. NOTE: Government will not provide any labor to assist the tech rep during the servicing of the cranes. Cranes to be serviced: 1 ea TB 30/35 1 ea TB 40/46 1 ea D 8800 FCTS (SOLAS) 2 ea DC 8600 CTS (SOLAS) 2 ea TB 35/40 (SOLAS) Amendment 1 = Extend POP
