- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4427-11-F-0007. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49 effective 24 Jan 2011; Defense DPN 20110302 effective 03 Mar 2011, and AFAC 2011-0214 effective 14 Feb 2011. This acquisition is restricted to small businesses; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920. The business size standard is 100 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7810. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5091. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside Travis AFB has a requirement for indoor cycling bikes. Period of Performance: Deliver 45 days after award 0001: Indoor Cycling Bike with the following features: Rear drive wheel; belt drive; warranty and maintenance 2-3 years; includes delivery installation and set up; made in USA or qualifying country; adjustable combo pedals (SPD style clips and straps for fitness shoes; weighs less than 135lbs; dual placement comfort handles; four-way adjustable seat position (up,down,forward,backward); adjustable handlebar height; resistance adjustment shifter; and computer display to include the following: RPMs (cadence), power output, displays heart rate monitor (polar chest monitor compatible), pedaling time, and trip distance. Qty: 32; Must include installation. Keiser M3 or equal. 0002: Heart rate chest strap transmitter 8 pack. Qty: 5 0003: Freight. Qty: 1 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
