- UPDATE: 1- They all need computers. Each user is responsible for monitoring heart rate, work load etc. and recording it for compliance and tracking of training. Heart rate straps are cleaned between usages and we are using Polar style HR chest straps at this time. 2- As per conversation with Legal, these bikes are using Commercial Off The Shelf technology hence not subject to Buy American Act 3- To clarify which specific model we are looking for, it is the Keiser M3 or a bike with equal characteristics. You can submit a bid for that same model OR a indoor cycle with similar specifications. Also note that award will be made in all, aggregate or none.
