- Description
- The National Park Service, Northeast Region, Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site, located at 110 Federal Park Road, gallitzin, pa 16641, requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and all other items necessary to provide for the fabrication and installation of reproduction floorcloths in two downstairs service areas of the Lemon House: the central hallway and the double dining room. The reproductions will be based on the floorcloths currently in use in those areas: a diamond pattern with marbling and a simple border offset for the staircase in the hallway and a black and white checkerboard pattern with a simple border in the double dining room. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with project plans and specifications and current applicable code requirements to be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is to be issued as a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238330. This information is only used for classification purposes in the representation and certification portion of the Request for Quotel (RFQ). Anticipated issued date is March 28, 2011 and anticipated date for receipt of offers is April 18, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. Local Time. A site visit time has been set for April 5th 2011, please schedule with Nancy L. Smith, 814-886-6116. All prospective SB offerors are responsible to visit the FedBizOpps website frequently to obtain any amendment(s) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Contractor submitting a bid must complete the On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) application in the database. To complete ORCA go to http://orca.bpn/gov Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be considered for an award. A prospective awardee shall not only be registered in but also certified in the CCR prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from solicitation. When the solicitation is issued it will be available electronically via a link from the Federal Business Opportunities Website (www.fbo.gov).
