- NSN: 4010-01-249-0548, Single Leg Chain Assembly, used on the 72A HEMTT, VQA Heavy Equipment Truck Tractor, and YEA Palletized Loading System. Three approved sources are listed as Sonkin Enterprises (00H54) P/N: RF51010, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (2H856) P/N: S990022, and Peerless Chain Company (36RM6) P/N: AL1AMD17 in accordance with DWG NR 45152 1307530, DATED 06 SEP 24, AMEND NR G, DATED 91 AUG 02. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Critical Application Item, Higher Level Quality System (ISO9000) required, Measurement/Test Equipment required. This NSN requires Configuration Control, and MIL STD. Requested delivery is in 42 Days. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 2,028 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 507 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 507 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 2,028 EA, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 4,056 EA. Surge & Sustainment applies to this NSN, with a Monthly Wartime Requirement of 380 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation open date is 3/31/2011.
