- Interested vendor application form Pilot Back ground check form General statement of work for 2011 aerial treatment programs The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) will have a Grasshopper/Mormon Cricket Aerial Spray Program in 2011. As a result, APHIS ASD Contracting Activity at the Minneapolis Business Site will be contracting for control treatment services for aerial spraying of insecticides. Each solicitation will be posted to this synopsis and vendors are encouraged to register as an interested vendor to receive email updates of posted solicitations. Parties may also complete an Aerial Solicitation Mailing List Application, making one eligible to receive email notices for upcoming aerial spraying jobs in the year 2011. The Small business size standard is $6.5 million and has a NAICS Code: 115112. New in 2010, pilots providing aerial services for APHIS are required to pass a Special Agency Background check. The Special Agency Background Check form is attached.
