- ************* This is a synopsis notice only.************** This synopsis outlines a requirement the United States Air Force Government intends to solicit for fabrication, testing and delivery of Interface Test Console (ITC) hardware to the C-17 Robins Avionics Integration Support Facility (R-AISF) located at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA. Provisioning for one (1) each of designated ITC configuration items includes: 1. Build-to-print fabrication of the ITC configuration item using engineering drawings provided by the requesting activity 2. Contractor testing of each fabricated ITC configuration item 3. Delivery of each ITC configuration item to the Robins AISF. ITC configuration items include the Interface Test Console (ITC), associated Interface Test Adaptor (ITA), associated Self-Test LRU (STL) and external wiring harnesses and cabling. Required ITC configuration items will be listed in Appendix A. Data Items will be summarized in Appendix B and detailed as an exhibit to the solicitation.
