- The proposed full and open contract action is to establish a five (5) year (Base + Four Options) Silver Fixed Support Agreement for the Linear Accelerator Clinac iX Series SN 4236, MultiLeaf Collimator SN 4921, Portal Vision SN 1810, RPM Respiratory Gating SN 3121, and CT/OBI SN 2796 located at the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, Ft Belvoir, VA. 22060. Incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28 and DFARS Change Notice 20081218.
