- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors to provide BEP number 2M0307742, 120 ea, pawl set complete retaining Zeiser K10 model numbering block (11 digit) AAQO9156, for use on new cope press. One set includes: (1 PC) BOE pin PAWL retaining 3MM dia 51.6MM long #451550110 (1 PC) Boe PAWL retaining unit #453060111 (7 PCS) Boe PAWL retaining tens #453060114 (3 PCS) Boe PAWL retaining for locking #453060118 The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-11-0203. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to The Bureau of Engraving & Printing, 14th & C Street SW Washington, DC 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be awarded based on price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any applicable credit or trade in, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due March 25, 2011. Quotations may be faxed to Diane Rollins at (202) 874-3135 or transmitted via e-mail to rollins.diane@bep.treas.gov.
