- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Network 21, Consolidated Contracting will be issuing a Request for Proposals for the Renovation of Research Labs in Bldg. 1, at VA San Francisco Medical Center located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA. Scope of work includes the following: Project scope includes demolition, renovation, installation, and installation of new flooring. At this point in the procurement process the Department of Veterans Affairs is performing market research to determine applicable Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor availability that can perform under NAICS code 236220. Interested firms should send, by E-mail only, the following information: confirmation that your firm is a CVE Verified SDVOSB, DUNS number, maximum bonding capability for a single bid and total maximum bonding capacity. Information should be sent to karen.smith3@va.gov by close of of business March 30, 2011. Information received will be used to determine if there are sufficient amounts SDVOSBs that can perform under NAICS 236220. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00.
