- U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY at Woods Hole, MA has a requirement for RENTAL/CHARTER OF SMALL RESEARCH VESSEL, required for approximately 7 days within the period 06/27/11 - 07/05/11 (exact dates to be determined no later than 05/01/11). Requirement is to provide a fully found vessel of small local or regional research class, personnel, facilities, fuel, food, and shipboard support equipment to enable USGS personnel to conduct continuous operations for a maximum of five days plus time to/from point of origin to survey area. Operations and survey area are geophysical surveying operations along the continental slope and rise south of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Solicitation G11PS00248 will be issued on/about 03/17/11.
