- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Signet Technologies, Inc. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-11-R-0050.The requirement is for (2) internal drives for OS, (12) configured drives for video storage, two network switches (24 port), (2) spare hard drives, (10) Cisco switches (24 port), and labor to be installed on the current Security System located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Agreement covers, the purchase and installation of CCTV servers with video storage, POE switches for IP infrastructure, configure all cameras for new servers. Upgrade Lenel hardware to software dongle and relocate system virtual server in server room at WAMC. The period of performance for this requirement is March 25, 2011 through September 30, 2011. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by March 23, 2011, 5:00 PM EST.
