- One U.S. or foreign flag, clean, approved double hull tanker with SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 35,000 BBLS for at least two clean petroleum products, in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Delivery and redelivery port is Far East in CHOP and Japan/Korea Port in Chop. Laydays are 13-16 May 2011.
