- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Mortgage Advantage Personnel, W9126G-10-D-0014-0001-U01 The purpose of this modification is to de-obligate funds that were previously obligated but were not spent, reducing the contract price from $418,298.75 to $321,214.93. The excess funds resulted from efficiencies in the HAP process that reduced the amounts of overtime and travel previously estimated.
