Ft. (ABOA): 5,312 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,578 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 secure Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: Additional Requirements: Building must have two elevators if space is not on the ground level. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
