- DITCO-PAC intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), base on the fact that only one responsible source an no other supplies or services will satifsy agency requirments. The intended source for this action is LGS Innovations LLC, located at 5440 Millstream Rd, Ste E21, MC Leansville, NC., 27307-9274. This requiremnt will procure Sun Vintage 8 security hardware and software update support for the JHITS 5ESS switching systems located at various locations in Hawaii in order to maintain Information Assurance (IA) accreditation status. The period of performance for this Firm Fixed Price type contract will be 12 months.
