Description

The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for the seasonal turf mowing, line trimming, blade edging, and roadway vegetation control of 26 reservation areas under the jurisdiction of Rock Creek Park, Washington, D.C. The contract has a base period with an opportunity of 4 option years. The estimated magnitude is between $65,000 to $85,000 a year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a small business size of $7 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The solicitation with the statement of work for this procurement will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about 3/18/2011. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments.
