- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Mortgage Advantage Personnel, W9126G-10-D-0014-0003 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. Mortgage Advantage Personnel is a Small Business 8(a) firm and was awarded the base contract as a sole source award. The purpose of task order 0003 is to provide real estate administrative services to the Corp of Engineers, Southwest Divisions, Real Estate Division in support of the Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP). It will consolidate all positions currently filled by task orders 0001 and 0002 onto a single task order, and provide 12 additional months of service.
