- The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota has a Requirement for Portable Laundry Services. LOCATION: Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) DATE: 06 May 2011 through 30 May 2011 SPCIFICATIONS: Support Approximately 3640 personnel Provide portable laundry units to facilitate 10 washers and 10 dryers per 500 Soldiers at each FOB Units should produce hot and cold water Contractor is responsible to maintain washers and dryers and keep them clean and sanitary Contractor will provide water from water points within cantonment of CRTC Contractor is to have washers and dryers available 16 hours per day 5:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm Contractor must provide power and grey water removal Contractor is responsible for delivery, set up, continuous operation and maintenance of laundry units SPECIAL NOTE: Bulk water can be obtained from Camp Ripley Laundry units placed at the following sites. Area 10 (CRTC): 10 washer units, 10 dryer units per 500 Soldiers (1213 Soldiers), 6-30 MAY 2011 Area 7 (CRTC): 10 washer units, 10 dryer units per 500 Soldiers (1213 Soldiers), 6-30 MAY 2011 Area 5 (CRTC): 10 washer units, 10 dryer units per 500 Soldiers (1214 Soldiers), 6-30 MAY 2011 PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: W90HM0 1046-5001 The solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912LM-11-T-0051. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 561210 and the business size is $35.5 million. The Government intends to evaluate based on product information data, submitted with quote and make award based on Best Value to the Government. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 pm on Wednesday, 30 March 2011.
