- The Philadelphia VAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has a requirement to provide Technical Assistance and Support for the Supported Services for Veterans Families Program (SSVF). The SSVF program's purpose will be to provide supportive services grants to eligible entities (private non-profit organizations and consumer cooperatives) to facilitate the provision of supportive services for very low-income veteran families who are occupying permanent housing. The work to be performed in support of this program under this announcement shall include but not limited to: Development of Training Curriculum for program grantees, In-Person Training Sessions, Conference Call Training Sessions, One on One Grantee Technical Assistance, Review of Grantees' Reports & Compilation of Summary Quarterly Reports, Review of VA's Program Evaluation Plan & Process, Annual Program Effectiveness Reporting, and Status Reporting. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541990. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS PURSUANT TO PUBLIC LAW 110-387. ONLY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Interested parties can receive a copy of the Solicitation on this website (Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov). Solicitation number VA-244-11-RP-0113 shall be issued on or around seven calendar days following the posting of this synopsis. Proposals will be due twenty-one calendar days after release of the solicitation. Requests for information shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Michael Koontz, at michael.koontz2@va.gov.
