- The United States Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center, PCB-4 intends to procure the following commercial items: 1) Brand Name or Equal: Cellebrite USA, Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) Ruggedized System (Quantity of 9) 2) Brand Name or Equal: Cellebrite USA, Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) Physical Pro (Quantity of 9) The requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 750. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation package on the FedBizOpps website, on or about March 18, 2011 with a tentative closing date of March 28, 2011. The solicitation package will not be available until it is posted on FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to check the FedBizOpps website for the solicitation package and any solicitation amendments. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must have an active and complete registration status prior to receipt of their Quote. Lack of active and complete registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration via the Internet at www.ccr.gov or by calling (866) 606-8220.
